Is there a WARDOGS weapon tier list yet?
Yes — a community one, with the honesty label attached. wardogshub.gg’s tier list ranks 20 of the game’s 33 recorded weapons by modelled time-to-kill, built on in-game damage and RPM figures with data as of Season 1 (September 10, 2026). Its own headline caveat is quoted verbatim on the page: “It is a model, not a play-test.” There is no official ranking — BULKHEAD has published none — so this page mirrors the community model, methodology and caveats included, rather than inventing its own ranks.
What does the full ranking look like?
Twenty weapons ranked in four tiers; prices are the vendor list prices:
| Tier | Weapons |
|---|---|
| S — “fastest across the bands” | FAL ($6,500, battle rifle) · SVD ($4,800, DMR) · BMR-308 ($6,000, DMR) |
| A — “competitive, more range-dependent” | SUPER-45 ($2,600, SMG) · M4 ($2,800, AR) · T-21 ($600, AR) · A-91 (free, AR) · Bushmaster M17S (free, AR) · KH-2002 (free, AR) |
| B — “viable, less forgiving” | AK74 ($1,600) · GALIL ($2,200) · M249 SAW ($3,200, LMG) · AMP-9 ($900) · MP5 ($1,500) · GGX 18 ($800) |
| C — “niche on this model” | M1911 ($300) · DEAGLE ($900) · Mosin Nagant ($4,500) · SV98 ($5,200) · Scout Rifle TD ($1,100) |
The pattern worth reading twice: the S-tier runs $4,800–$6,500 against a $10,000 starting balance, but the A-tier’s upper half is free or near-free — three of its six entries cost $0. The top of the board is a purchase; the middle is a gift.

How is the ranking calculated?
Four steps, all published on the source page:
- Record each weapon’s damage and RPM in-game (Season 1 build).
- Model the time-to-kill per band: TTK = (shots to kill − 1) × 60 / RPM, against a hypothetical 100-health target, at assumed per-archetype hit rates for close, medium, and long range.
- Average the three band TTKs — the tier letter is the mean of those columns, scaled against the best weapon in each band.
- Separately, pair each rank with its price for the cost-efficiency “frontier” view — because in a game where every death burns 10% of your gear, the money is the constraint.
Which budget weapons punch above their price?
The cost-frontier view answers the question new players actually have. Of the weapons ranked on both price and performance, five survive the frontier: the free A-91 and Bushmaster M17S, the $600 T-21, the $2,600 SUPER-45, and the SVD — the one S-tier weapon that also clears the value test. The standout stat on the page: the free A-91 out-models several paid rifles. For a wallet-conscious build order, the making-money playbook covers earning the cash the S-tier eats; the vendor’s under-track-9 half-price recruit discount makes the budget tier even cheaper while it lasts.
What is still unranked?
Five weapons sit off the board — the GGX 17, M500, MP43, PKM, and SKS — each missing a damage or RPM figure in the community data, so their TTK cannot be modelled. The source keeps them unranked rather than guessing; they will slot in when the missing figures land. The full weapons list carries everything the vendor actually sells, ranked or not.
